La Postergada is a farm/home that shares agroecological production, where the cultivation and reproduction of heirloom tomatoes and other seasonal crops, native fruit trees, eggs from pastured chickens and other birds stands out. We make and sell products from the raw materials obtained from our garden, as well as products made by other enterprises that share the same philosophy and principles of agroecology, among which are cheeses, organic whole wheat flours, jams, honey, wines.
We have a covered space, with capacity for 70 people, which has a full kitchen and equipment for private events, conferences, training workshops and exchanges. We offer traditional, homemade cuisine, without additives, highlighting grilled lamb, pickles, sauces, sourdough breads, desserts.
Added to the experience on the farm, we have a team of kayaks and canoes, for walks in natural areas of the area, such as the islands of the Uruguay and Queguay rivers.
